Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund.
How to Return a Product
Request Authorization
Contact us at support within 90 days of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Return
Include the RMA number with your returned item.
Ensure the product is in good condition (not broken or damaged) and includes all original accessories.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Ship Your Return
Send the package to the return address below within 14 days of receiving your RMA:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email support for instructions.
Exchanges are only accepted within 90 days of delivery.
Gift Returns
If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.
